From November 1, 2022 we are transitioning to mixed billing
Why we can no longer bulk-bill all patients
We aim to provide the highest level of medical care as possible to all our patients. Unfortunately it has
become increasingly difficult to do this whilst remaining a bulk billing practice. The Medicare rebates set
out by our government are no longer sustainable to cover the costs of running a practice. These costs
includes the wages of our staff and contractors, medical equipment and it’s maintenance, rent and utility
bills and many more. As such, we have decided to introduce a mixed billing policy.
What this means for you
With the introduction of a mixed billing policy we aim to improve your experience with us and continue to
deliver the highest quality of medical care.
Our billing policy
All consultations must be paid for at the time of consultation, we are unable to take accounts. Our fees
reflect the time taken and the complexity of your consultation, fees will differ on weekends. Where eligible,
we can process your Medicare claim for you to receive your rebate straight into your nominated bank
account.
Those under 16 years old or hold a valid Centrelink Concession or DVA card will be bulk billed.
Each doctor may also choose to bulk bill a consultation at their discretion.

Fees for Monday – Saturday before 1pm:
- Consult <20 minutes: $80.00 (Medicare rebate of $42.85)
- Consult >20 minutes: $120.00 (Medicare rebate of $82.90)
- Consult >40 minutes: $150.00 (Medicare rebate of $122.15)
Fees for telephone or telehealth consults:
- Consult < 20 minutes: $65.00 (Medicare rebate of $42.85)
- Consult >20 minutes: $100.00 (Medicare rebate of $82.90)
