From November 1, 2022 we are transitioning to mixed billing. Those under 16 years old or hold a valid Centrelink Concession or DVA card will be bulk billed. Each doctor may also choose to bulk bill a consultation at their discretion.
Fees for Monday – Saturday before 1pm:
- Consult <20 minutes: $80.00 (Medicare rebate of $42.85)
- Consult >20 minutes: $120.00 (Medicare rebate of $82.90)
- Consult >40 minutes: $150.00 (Medicare rebate of $122.15)
Fees for telephone or telehealth consults:
- Consult < 20 minutes: $65.00 (Medicare rebate of $42.85)
- Consult >20 minutes: $100.00 (Medicare rebate of $82.90)

After Hours Patient Care/Home/and Nursing Home Visits

Care outside normal opening hrs is available through the National Home Doctor Service by calling 137425. They will also provide home and nursing home visits to our regular patients after hours. Any costs that may be incurred will be explained. In an emergency you are advised to ring 000.
*Please also let the receptionist know if you are having chest pains, difficulty of breathing, or suspected of having a broken bone.

In response to the current climate and increase in demand, we can only accept patients who have booked an appointment.
Pathology Collection Opening Hours

Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 4 pm
Sat 8:00 am to 1 pm
Longer Consultations and Emergency Consultation Requests
Please let the receptionist know if you would like to book a longer appointment or if the matter is urgent.
Telephoning your Doctor
Doctors in the practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If your call is urgent the doctor will be informed of your call immediately.
Other Services
We can organise an interpreter through TIS National (121450) and Deaf Society (133677) upon request. Please advise the receptionist so that this can be arranged prior to your visit.
Privacy Policy
All information is maintained in a confidential manner in accordance with legislation. If you want a copy of our privacy policy you may request it from reception.
No Smoking Policy
A” No Smoking Policy “ applies to all areas of the Centre.
Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. You will receive reminder notices regarding health care services appropriate to your care. This may be via phone or mail. Please advice the practice if you do not want to be included in the reminder system.
Emergency Contact
Please advise the surgery of your emergency contact in case you need to be contacted. Please always update this information.
Research & Training
The centre participates in research and medical training. Please notify the receptionist or doctor if you do not want to participate.

Fees for Cancelled or Missed Appointments
A fee for cancelled or missed appointments may be incurred, please ask the receptionist.
Private Vaccines
Please purchase private vaccines immediately prior to consultation and give the vaccines to the receptionist immediately upon arrival.
Presence of a Third Party During Consultation
A patient is entitled to either approve or reject the presence of a third party during the consultation.
Violence Free Workplace
Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Test / Procedures Results
Patients should attend the surgery to receive their results. Doctors do not give results over the phone.
Wheelchair Access
A wheelchair is available for patients to use in the centre. However the wheelchair should stay within the premises.
Car Parking
A free 3 hour car park is available around the centre and a disabled parking area is available right in front of the centre.
